Initially created in UE4, Rendered in UE5 with Lumen lighting.

Decals are used to enhance asset edges such as the tiles.

Parallax Occlusion Mapping is used on the brick wall material.

Vertex painting for most of the assets to give the modular meshes more variation.

Dither-based transparency is used to help tile meshes blend in with the tile materials on the floor.
